Every order, not matter how small, is treated as important. 99.9% of deliveries are on time, perfectly picked and delivered with a smile. But often it is the 0.1% where things go wrong, that shows the true mettle of a business. Firstly to take my call at 9 pm last night and then doing the miraculous in getting a pallet of wine to Mornington this morning, before the concert is just brilliant service and a “Can-do” attitude. The day just simply wouldn’t have run without these wines and wow didn’t they enjoy the re-supply as at 5.30 pm the wine delivered was sold out and the concert an amazing success. I believe a record for wine sales for us at a concert and unprecedented demand. Those Victorians certainly let the hair down.
It’s service like this that keeps the cogs moving and us keeping customers happy and our events teams employing many people and getting an industry off its knees. It takes that sort of service and dedication to customers that we are also very proud to uphold.
